BioMop Plus
|
Restaurants and other food preparation facilities often experience sanitation problems associated with the buildup of kitchen grease (organic waste) on floors, in drains, and under heavy equipment. These problems include fruit and drain fly infestations, slippery floor surfaces, foul odors, and clogged (slow) drains. Mopping or hosing/power washing with standard floor cleaning products does not remove grease and organic waste – it only breaks it up pushing it into drains and under equipment where it builds up over time.
New formula BioMop Plus™ is specifically designed for cleaning restaurants and commercial kitchen floors, hard-to-access corners, and drains. BioMop Plus™ combines patent-pending surfactants for immediate cleaning and a proprietary blend of concentrated bioenzymatic actives for degrading the most resistant grease molecules, the long-chain fatty acids. Each application of BioMop Plus™ removes layers of embedded soil and grease. Regular use prevents food and grease waste build-up, reduces slippery floor surfaces, maintains a floor that is deep-clean and odor-free and reduces organic material buildup in drains.
BioMop Plus™ can be applied by mopping or hosing. To apply by hosing use the BioMop Hose End Sprayer (for smaller facilities) or the wall-mounted BioMop Application System (for larger facilities).
BioMop Plus™ can also be foamed with excellent results.

DrainGel

Restaurants and other food preparation facilities often experience sanitation problems associated with the buildup of kitchen grease (organic waste) in drains, cracks and crevices, and under heavy equipment. These problems include fruit and drain fly infestations, foul odors, and clogged (slow) drains.
DrainGel™ is a highly concentrated bacterial gel that digests grease buildup that accumulates over time. ™ proprietary formula includes MGD™ (Microbial Grease Degrader), a Bacillus strain that breaks down long-chain fatty acids – the primary component of problem grease deposits. Regular application also controls foul odors by inhibiting the biological production of odor-causing compounds such as hydrogen sulfide and rancid fatty acids that result from septic or anaerobic environments. DrainGel’s™ advanced biological support ingredients and essential growth factors promote the rapid germination and growth of its microbial blend resulting in increased effectiveness.
Hot water, bleach, detergents, and ordinary drain cleaners do not remove grease and organic waste. These compounds only break up grease deposits pushing them into drains and under equipment. DrainGel’s™ powerful formula contains over 550 billion cells per gallon (min. spec.). When introduced, its microbes immediately begin multiplying and digesting organic waste. DrainGel™ application is easy – it clings to the sides of drains and pipes and can also be easily sprayed under equipment and onto other hard-to-access areas.

DrainFoam

Restaurants and other food service facilities often experience sanitation problems associated with the buildup of kitchen grease (organic waste) in drains, cracks and crevices, and under heavy equipment. These problems include fruit and drain fly infestations, foul odors, and clogged (slow) drains. When grease settles in these hard-to-access areas, foaming a biological cleaner is often the most effective treatment method.
DrainFoam™ produces a high-quality thick foam that “clings” to drain sides and up, under, and behind equipment. DrainFoam™ contains a proprietary blend of concentrated bioenzymatic actives that break down long-chain fatty acids - the primary component of problem grease deposits. DrainFoam™ can be applied with manual or power-operated foamers (available from all major equipment manufacturers). DrainFoam™ may also be mixed with IGR’s and pyrethrins.
When used regularly (once or twice per month), DrainFoam™ is an excellent addition to any sanitation program. For best results, the program should also include frequent removal of trash, proper storage of all food products, and daily floor mopping with a biological product such as BioMop™.
