BioMop Application System Applying BioMop With Application System

The BioMop Application System is a fully automated floor cleaning system. The System was designed to provide all of the benefits of BioMop while increasing labor productivity. The floor is first hosed in the usual manner with water only. Then after turning two valves on the front of the System, the floor is rinsed with the correct BioMop dilution. The rinse takes only 2 minutes for a 750 sq. ft. area. The System is shipped with all of the components necessary for installation. Installation can be completed within 10 minutes without the need for a plumber. The System offers automatic dilution with convenient control of where and how BioMop is applied. The automatic dilution insures that the proper dilution rate is attained and that chemical costs are controlled.

Dilution Rate	Unit shipped with orange 64:1 metering tip installed. Starting application week 5, install purple 256:1 metering tip included with system. Adjust (if necessary) by changing purple metering tip to attain 1/2 oz./gallon dilution rate.
Application Rate	2 oz. of BioMop applied per minute of hosing.
Recommended BioMop Package Size	5 gallon pail.
