BioMop can be sold to your commercial accounts in two ways - as a "sell through" product or as part of a monthly "Small Fly / Drain Line Service." As explained below, selling BioMop as part of a monthly service has many advantages.

Small flies have become the number one complaint for many commercial accounts. This is especially true since the advent of roach baiting. Controlling small flies is primarily a sanitation issue, i.e. locating and removing the organic material where small flies breed. Unfortunately, most restaurant / food service accounts are a sanitation nightmare. Organic material has accumulated in the drains, on the floor, in the grout, and under the equipment. This is small fly heaven! (Not to mention the odors, the clogged drains, and the dangerous slippery floor surfaces.) Most restaurants will not thoroughly clean these areas - but they will call you when the small fly infestation explodes!

BioMop is the perfect tool for these accounts. Whether applied by mopping or hosing, the powerful biological component in BioMop actually "digests" the organic material that has built up over time. And clean premises mean less attractants for other pests, so your pest control service becomes much easier.

The components of monthly "Small Fly / Drain Line Service" are monthly inspections to identify and monitor breeding sites, 1 gallon of BioMop each month*, and customer training for proper BioMop application. (During the service contract some DrainGel work may also be required, especially during the start up phase. If there are no small fly infestations at the time of sale, you are selling preventive maintenance service).

For most accounts, PMP's are charging in the $50 - $60 per month range on a 6 to 12 month contract for this value added service.* Since you are visiting the account each month anyway, this add-on service will increase your profitability. (The monthly inspections and training take very little time; the cost of the BioMop gallon varies among distributors.)

Whether sold as part of a monthly "Small Fly / Drain Line Service" or as a sell-through product, BioMop will clean up the toughest accounts while building customer loyalty and increasing your revenues. *When mixed according to label instructions, 1 gallon of BioMop will make 32 mop buckets (2-gallon standard size) sufficient for 1 month's mopping. (Most accounts use 1 bucket each night.) If the account uses more than one bucket each night, more than 1 gallon of BioMop will be required each month and the monthly service fee must be adjusted accordingly.
